What size should I order? 

If you are in Australia, your can order you usual underwear size. You can also view our size chart here.

If you are in the U.S, U.K, Europe or anywhere else in the world, please refer to our sizing conversions page here to make sure you are ordering the correct size. All sizes listed on our website are Australian sizes (for example, our size 8 underwear is equivalent to a size 4 in U.S underwear).

What fabric are your underwear and bras made from?

We use a fabric made of 91% Supplex and 9% Lycra. This makes for a highly breathable, anti-microbial, quick-drying, anti-pilling, moisture-wicking and extremely comfortable fabric. If cared for correctly it should also keep its shape for a long time and colours will not fade.

Supplex is a nylon fabric with the natural feel of cotton. While cotton tends to crease and shrink and often fade resulting in underwear not having a long-life, supplex has the same feel of cotton without those same issues.

We are also looking to expand into different fabric options in the future, so let us know if there are particular fabrics that you love when it comes to underwear.

How do I care for my items? 

All of our care instructions are listed on the back of the size tag on each pair of Kalle. We recommend a gentle machine wash or hand-washing in cold water. If cared for properly, a pair of Kalle should last for years.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! For orders over $150, Standard shipping is free. For orders under $150, Standard shipping is a flat rate of $14.

For standard international shipping, your order should arrive between 9-14 business days. Please note if you are ordering from outside of Australia your order may be subject to customs inspections or fees in your country. If this does occur please let us know as we are always trying to understand and improve our customer experience.

What is the purchase price currency on your website?

By default our purchase price currency is listed in Australian dollars (AUD), but you can change the currency at any stage by using the drop down box in the top left corner of any page on our website.

Do you accept returns? 

We accept returns for bralettes within 30 day of purchase. We can offer either a full refund or an exchange. All items must be unworn and in their original condition in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on underwear. However please contact us if you are unhappy with your underwear purchase and we will see what we can do to help.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item (whether than be underwear or a bralette) you will receive a full refund or exchange.

How can I pay? 

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer gift-wrapping? 

While we don't offer formal gift-wrapping, each of our orders are nicely packaged either in tissue paper or a pillow pack with a glossy sticker. We don't include paper invoices in our orders so they are ready to be sent as gifts. If you are purchasing Kalle as a gift to be posted directly to someone, please tell us so that we don't write a note to you instead. If you have a short message you'd like to send to the receiver of your gift then please let us know at checkout and we can handwrite your message to them.
